# Tell us what isn't moving.

Five questions, about three minutes. We read every submission ourselves. If there's a real problem worth solving, we'll set up a scoping call. If we're the wrong fit, we'll tell you that too, and point you somewhere useful.

### What happens next

1. **We read it.** A real person, within one business day.
2. **A 30-minute scoping call,** if there's a fit. We'll ask a lot of questions. The presenting problem is rarely the real one.
3. **Jennifer joins** once we've scoped a problem worth solving together.

### For reference

The AIR™ diagnostic starts at $15,000. Leadership Cohorts are fixed-price. Execution System engagements are scoped to headcount; most run $150,000–$300,000 a year.
